For a seller
Choose the lot size, minimum USDG bid and end time. Your Stock Tokens enter escrow before anyone can bid. If no valid bid arrives, the lot returns to you.
For a bidder
Each bid is actually deposited in USDG. A higher bid replaces the leader. Outbid bidders withdraw their full previous deposit; the winner receives the lot after settlement.
