How Strivol works
A timed English auction for a seller-funded Stock Token lot. Bids are escrowed in USDG.
Create a lot
The seller approves and transfers a fixed amount of an allowed Stock Token to the auction contract, sets a minimum bid and an end time. Duration is 2 minutes to 30 days. The seller can cancel only before the first valid bid.
Bid and withdraw
A bidder approves and deposits the full USDG amount. The first bid must meet the reserve. Each subsequent bid must exceed the previous bid by at least 1%, with a minimum increase of one base unit of USDG. The displaced bid becomes withdrawable by its owner. It is not pushed to an unknown address during bidding.
Close and settle
Anyone can call settle after the end time. If there is a winning bid, the seller receives its USDG and the winner receives the Stock Token lot in the same transaction. With no bid, the lot returns to the seller. A change in the Stock Token's corporate-action multiplier instead returns the lot and makes the winning USDG bid withdrawable. If token transfers are paused, settlement cannot complete until transfers resume.
Current network
The public app connects to Robinhood Chain Mainnet, chain ID 4663. It uses the NVDA Stock Token and USDG addresses below. The auction contract is deployed; no mainnet auction has yet been completed through the app.

The reserve does not guarantee a sale or fair market value. Bids lock USDG until outbid or settlement. Price can change while funds are locked. Onchain transactions cost ETH. Failed or paused token transfers can delay settlement or withdrawals. Stock Token transfers may be subject to issuer eligibility rules. The contract is unaudited, and the full mainnet trade flow has not yet been exercised with real assets.
